Client Support Time is any support time helping clients with the design or implementation of their new website, including content update requests and small design improvements. Additional time will be billed at our current support rate of $100/hr. Please be aware that requests for new features to your website will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the allotted time.

The whole purpose of our Website Care Plans is preventative care, so we work hard to prevent anything from happening.

However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, we will be there right by its side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf.

We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

If you have a task that is beyond what is included in your plan, we will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis, and with approval, bill for the extra time and cost at our current support rate of $100/hr. If you need a new feature, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan.

You can try updating and maintaining the site yourself, but it does require technical knowledge and expertise to avoid breaking the site. You could hire a webmaster for your business starting at $35,000 annually, or hire a Virtual Assistant for $18,000 annually. With our monthly Care Plans you get complete peace of mind for your online business starting at $149 a month.

Sure. Although we prefer to use our recommended providers, we'll review your web hosting and talk to your hosting company to make sure it will fit your needs.

We first like to do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built, and any potential issues that can arise. The evaluation includes an extensive 50 Point Checklist of your site to review security, backups, and performance along with (2) hrs of Support Time. We will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly Care Plan. This Website Evaluation carries a fixed, one-time fee of $499.
